Senior Analyst, Energy & Sustainability Research – Global
The Senior Analyst will join JLL's Energy & Sustainability research team, bringing deep knowledge of energy markets and the energy transition to analyze how changes in energy supply, infrastructure and policy are reshaping commercial real estate investment and operations. Partnering closely with JLL's Energy Advisory and Sustainability teams, this role translates energy market intelligence into actionable insights for investors and occupiers. The Senior Analyst will report to the Global Research Director, Energy & Sustainability, and will collaborate with various stakeholders across different business lines and/or alternative property sectors.
The Senior Analyst will work in collaboration with a cross-functional team of industry, property sector and business line researchers. This role will lead research projects spanning energy transition and sustainability trends globally, with a primary focus on the Americas — tracking energy policy developments, decarbonization strategies, ESG investment flows and climate-related economic themes to produce insights that define JLL's market position.

Estimated compensation for this position:
70,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
