As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding customers through the successful launch and adoption of our software solutions.
Your day-to-day may include coordinating project milestones, configuring software to meet unique customer requirements, and delivering user training—all while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Roles may vary from project management to training or specification setup, depending on your assigned team. Training On the job, classroom training, and online courses.
The department has study groups to help with the certification testing.
Requirements High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to changing priorities; Experience in customer service, project management, training, or business analysis is a plus; Automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required Benefits We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
