: Salary Range: 55k to 60k Job Description: Position Overview The Marketing Account Manager serves as a strategic marketing partner to a portfolio of loan officers and sales leaders. This role is responsible for helping loan officers build their brands, grow their businesses, and effectively use the company's marketing programs, platforms, and resources.
The ideal candidate combines strong account management and project management skills with marketing strategy, creative thinking, and hands-on design capabilities. This person will identify marketing opportunities, develop customized recommendations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns and materials that support each loan officer's business goals.
Essential Responsibilities Account Management and Marketing Strategy - Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for an assigned portfolio of loan officers and sales leaders. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by understanding each loan officer's business, market, audience, brand, and growth goals. - Develop strategic marketing plans that help loan officers maximize their budgets and prioritize tactics with the greatest potential business impact. - Set clear expectations and ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing solutions based on each loan officer's needs and objectives .
Creative and Campaign Execution - Edi t customized marketing materials, including postcards, flyers, print advertisements, listing sheets, presentations, social media content, and other sales enablement materials. - Manage creative requests for projects such as billboards, commercials, advertisements, brochures, postcards, sponsorship materials, and social media campaigns. - Write clear, strategic creative briefs that communicate project objectives , target audiences, messaging, deliverables, and timelines. - Use Workfront to submit , manage, and track projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand, legal, and compliance guidelines. - Review marketing materials for accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and alignment with the loan officer's goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a liaison between loan officers and internal teams, including Creative, Events, Promotions, Email Marketing, Marketing Technology, Social Media , Legal, and Compliance. - Develop marketing plans that incorporate the most relevant channels, platforms, and company resources. - Promote and customize national branding campaigns for local markets and individual loan officer audiences. - Coordinate across teams to resolve project issues, communicate updates, and keep marketing initiatives moving forward.
Proactive Outreach and Platform Adoption - Proactively communicate with loan officers about new product launches, marketing materials, campaigns, training opportunities, and local sponsorship opportunities. - Manage and support multiple internal marketing technology platforms. - Help loan officers understand and effectively use available marketing tools to grow their businesses, engage their databases, and build their personal brands.
Required
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Two or more years of relevant experience in marketing, account management, project management, or a related role. - Strong verbal and written communication skills . - Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to design or edit marketing materials. - Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently. - Strong relationship-building and client service skills.
Preferred
Qualifications - Experience with CRM and marketing automation software; Total Expert experience is preferred. - Experience with Workfront or a similar project management platform. - Previous experience in the mortgage, real estate, financial services, or another highly regulated industry. - Experience supporting sales professionals, field teams, or high-producing individual brands.
