Resident Assistant - Assisted Living Make a Difference Every Day Join our Assisted Living team as a Resident Assistant and help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for our residents. Responsibilities - Deliver meals, water, and linens to residents - Answer resident call lights and phone calls - Assist with resident transportation and daily activities - Organize equipment and replace lift batteries - Support nursing staff with non-clinical tasks - Build meaningful relationships with residents through daily interaction - Complete other duties as assigned
