Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering or exiting the commercial property, following established visitor and contractor procedures.
Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and delivery records and communicate access-related information to appropriate site contacts.
Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, common areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
