Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, access concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
Maintain clear and accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
