Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as assigned, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
Observe and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents, completing accurate activity and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Handcuffing certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
