Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking structures, surrounding perimeter, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, requesting appropriate assistance as needed.
Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the property, and maintain a professional presence to help deter unauthorized activity and support an orderly environment.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and complete required documentation for incidents, patrols, and daily activities.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Proficiency with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton is preferred.
A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
