Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Digital Segment Consolidation
- Own the monthly consolidation of business-unit financials across the Digital segment, including multiple operating units and shared cost centers.
- Maintain and document consolidation logic, roll-ups, and cost-center treatment.
- Reconcile business-unit submissions to consolidated results and resolve variances.
- Deliver accurate, on-time consolidated reporting aligned to the close calendar.
- Technology Organization Support
- Serve as the embedded finance partner to the technology organization.
- Own monthly tracking and reporting of technology operating expense, headcount, and capital spend.
- Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and spend management; identify efficiency opportunities.
- Support business cases for technology investments and allocations.
- Finance & Accounting Standardization
- Build and maintain the finance and accounting close calendar and deliverables standards.
- Document standard operating procedures for recurring deliverables.
- Identify and implement process improvements that make reporting more consistent and scalable.
- Ad Hoc Analysis
- Build models and analyses for pricing, profitability, and investment decisions.
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Support M&A, scenario planning, and resource-allocation analysis as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Demonstrated ownership of recurring financial deliverables and close or reporting processes.
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience partnering with non-finance business leaders and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-business-unit consolidation.
- Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., ERP/GL systems, Snowflake, Salesforce, planning tools).
- Background in SaaS, technology, media, or sports/entertainment.

The approximate national base pay range for this position is $96,300 to $145,000. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location. The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.
