  • Support cross-functional workstreams by structuring analyses, synthesizing inputs, and tracking action items to drive timely follow-through on high-priority initiatives.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical actions based on data and business context.
  • Track initiative progress and support updates by consolidating inputs, highlighting variances to plan, and surfacing decisions needed.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative techniques to assess business issues and distill them into a clear narrative, key insights, and recommended next steps.
  • Manage multiple requests by scoping, prioritizing, and delivering analyses on tight timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively across levels and functions, building trust through responsiveness, clarity, and follow-through.
  • Analyses frequently support high-visibility topics senior leadership cares about and may span multiple brands and functions.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting from a 4-year university
  • Master’s degree in finance, MBA and/or CFA preferred
  • 2+ years experience in financial analysis/FP&A (or related analytical role), preferably in a large, complex organization
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Resourceful self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate analysis into clear, audience-appropriate takeaways
  • Effective collaborator and relationship builder with sound interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences
  • Able to work independently with guidance; exercises sound judgment and escalates appropriately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical and business writing
  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase/SmartView and Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Planning (EPBCS) preferred
  • Advanced in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of accounting rules
  • Aptitude for translating complex, technical subjects into clear, business-oriented communications
  • Takes accountability for high-quality deliverables; manages timelines and execution of assigned workstreams
  • Demonstrates a wide degree of creativity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures, including project planning and prioritization
