* Maintain a balance between commercial objectives and long-term brand equity.

* Be accountable for the commercial performance and growth of Starbucks Shop.

* Initial scope focused on U.S. operations, with responsibility to inform and enable future international expansion.

* Lead a team of direct and indirect reports across product, commerce, and customer experience disciplines.

* Influence decisions across multiple executive stakeholder groups.

* Operate with significant autonomy and decision-making authority.

* Manage strategic external vendor and platform relationships.

* Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital commerce, product management, digital business leadership, or related disciplines

* Experience owning business performance metrics, including revenue, conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction

* Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect customer experience decisions to financial outcomes

* Proficient with the application of quantitative and qualitative data analysis

* Curious, highly motivated self starter with proven experience leading large cross-functional teams and navigating conversations with senior leaders

* Experience with customer research design and experiment design and A/B testing

* Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influence skills

* Prefer Bachelors degree in business, marketing, computer science, or engineering; MBA preferred

* Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams in complex, matrixed organizations

* Deep understanding of digital commerce ecosystems, including merchandising, personalization, customer journeys, payments, fulfillment, and digital marketing

* Expert at working in the agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)

* Experience leveraging data and experimentation to drive customer and business value

* Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities

* Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
