As a senior business systems analyst, you will...

- Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into scalable system solutions and enhancements that support planning and forecasting activities.

- Support enterprise planning applications by triaging incidents, coordinating issue resolution, performing testing, and helping ensure reliable system functionality during critical planning and forecasting cycles.

- Collaborate with technology teams to investigate data discrepancies, support integration troubleshooting, and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of planning data.

- Develop and maintain business process documentation, training materials, and user support resources while driving adoption of new capabilities, change management efforts, and self-service solutions.

- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experiences, and enhance operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

- 5+ years of experience supporting business systems, business process analysis, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and end-user support.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.

- Experience supporting financial planning or other enterprise planning processes preferred.

- Preferred experience in Anaplan, Oracle, HFM, SAP or other enterprise systems.

- Experience coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), validating system changes, and supporting production issue resolution.

- Anaplan experience and/or Anaplan Model Builder certification preferred but not required.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

- Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage competing deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic business environment.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
