Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Software Engineer to join our Technology team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

- Consult with internal business groups to provide high-level application software development services and technical support. - Program well-designed, testable, and efficient code; analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites; develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions. - Maintain software functionality and currency, actively participate in code reviews, integrate software components into fully functional software systems, and apply security and privacy principles. - Advise internal business groups and IT management on implementation opportunities, challenges, requirements, emerging technologies, and corporate integration strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. - 10-14 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. - Thorough knowledge of user-side frontend and backend server-side website development, with intermediate understanding of security principles, relational databases, and architecture design principles. - Proficiency in application development toolkits and front end and backend development languages such as C#, Java, HTML, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular, and JavaScript, with experience in application frameworks and containerization. - Strong communications, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with experience mentoring junior engineers and prior lead and consulting experience using structured and vendor-specific methodologies.
