Experience: 3+ years
A Senior Program Manager at Teague is a strategic partner to executive leadership and clients, owning the success of complex, multi-disciplinary, and multi-year programs from vision through delivery. In this role, you shape program strategy, define success metrics, build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, and anticipate business and industry trends to help position Teague-and our clients-for long-term success.
You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact work on time and within budget, balancing creative excellence with operational rigor. Partnering closely with Creative, Growth, and Finance leaders, you'll forecast revenue, budgets, and resourcing, oversee scopes and risk management, and ensure clarity and accountability across all phases of work.
As a hands-on leader and mentor, you'll help elevate program management practices while contributing directly to Teague's growth, client satisfaction, and industry leadership.
This role is located in Charleston, South Carolina and may require domestic and international travel of approximately 5-10% to support client, project, and vendor engagements. For Program Managers assigned to the Boeing 787 Program, domestic travel requirements are higher and may range from 20-40%, based on project needs and client engagement schedules.

You're an experienced relationship builder who can communicate effectively with both creative and technical teams, as well as with non-technical audiences. You balance rigor with flexibility-bringing structure, financial acumen, and operational discipline without stifling creativity. You understand how to lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope and risk, and drive accountability across complex engagements, while maintaining focus on long-term client health and business outcomes.
You're also a hands-on leader and mentor, setting clear expectations, and raising the bar for program excellence.
