Engineer I Mechanical

• Responsible for completing project specific objectives under direction of a Senior Mechanical Engineer.
• Specify, evaluate bids, and perform vendor document review for process equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, pumps, and heat exchangers.
• Perform calculations for equipment and piping.
• Specify Materials for process and utility piping services.
• Attend Client, Vendor, and internal team project meetings.
• Perform field surveys to collect required field data and assist with interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications in the field.

In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act, the expected salary range for this Illinois position, S tress Engineer I , is between $75,400.00 and $106,163.20 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

This position, Stress Engineer I , is eligible for participation in Zachry’s Total Employee Rewards Program, which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and other ancillary benefits. This position is also eligible for participation in the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan.
