Senior Specialty Triage RN - Cancer Center

The Oncology Triage Registered Nurse (RN) provides centralized, remote clinical triage support for all PCI clinics. This role applies oncology nursing knowledge and evidence-based triage protocols to assess patient-reported symptoms and concerns via telephone and other approved remote communication channels, determine urgency, provide self-care and symptom-management guidance, and coordinate timely escalation to the appropriate provider and care team.

The Oncology Triage RN documents assessments and interventions in the electronic health record, supports continuity of care across multiple sites, and promotes safe, efficient access to oncology services.
