Surgical Neurophysiologist - IOM Technologist

Performs all modalities of Neurophysiology/Neurovascular and other Intraoperative Monitoring with minimal supervision. Specifically this will include, but is not limited to: cerebellopontine angle tumor surgery, intracranial tumor and aneurysm surgery/procedures, spinal surgeries including surgery for spinal deformity, thoracic aortic aneurysm surgery, and peripheral nerve surgeries.

Participates in the development, selection, and implementation of software and procedures needed to provide optimal monitoring. Provides adequate recordings with proficiency in troubleshooting technical problems, keeps the surgeons and IOM physicians informed of any significant changes, including the loss of waveforms being monitored.
