Lead Patient Accounts Representative - Other Fiscal Services

As a Lead Patient Account Specialist, you will have responsibility for various business office functions for physician practices. These functions include conducting internal audits to meet regulatory and departmental standards, educating current associates in billing policies and procedures, and acting as a knowledge expert to resolve complex payer reimbursement issues.

This work will be accomplished by communicating with patients, government agencies and third-party payers to gather, process and record information needed for appropriate reimbursement as well as interfacing with client leadership to respond to related inquiries.
