Cardiac Cath Lab Interventional Technologist - Providence Anchorage

We are hiring for Cardiac Cath Lab Interventional Technologist position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

• Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shifts, 40 hours per week.

Assists cardiovascular Physicians in performing and completing invasive, interventional and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures in Labs using a variety of complicated/advanced equipment, monitors, devices, and supplies. Knowledgeable in Vascular, Cardiac, and Pediatric Procedural practice, Neuro interventional procedures, as well as emergent techniques/protocol. Assists in Quality Control checks/Quality Improvement Program. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes "team" concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy. qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• National Provider ACLS
• American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider BLS
• American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider PALS
• American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• 3 years
• Direct work experience in Cardiovascular and/or Interventional Radiological procedures as a Cardiovascular Technologist.

Preferred

qualifications:

• Associate's Degree
• From an accredited school with supervised clinical experience in invasive Cardiovascular, and/or Interventional Radiological procedures.
