Senior Account Manager, Global AI Factory Technical Sales and Strategy

In this role, you will drive Technical Sales Alignment with product Strategy and capabilities for NVIDIA's AI Factory solutions for the Accelerated Datacenter. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of NVIDIA Go to market strategies, competitors and market landscape both personally and across the team. Engage and develop deep relationships with customers, work with various groups such as account teams, solution architects, marketing, product, and partner sales as well as ISV and Resell partners.

• Contribute to and be responsible for revenue growth.
• Build effective collaborations for making revenue generating opportunity management, promotions, building sales strategies and actions and training.
• Drive strategic technical customer engagement to establish Light House Accounts for key Products and Vertical Markets, including Public Case Studies and Testimonials
• Coordinate with Industry Business Development on packaging and go to market for key verticals.
• Provide Sales and LHA feedback into product roadmap and priorities, helping guide overall product strategy through technical engagements with customers surrounding current operating environment. This includes OS choices, Provisioning, Orchestration, Containerization methodologies, Organization choices around frameworks but most importantly security.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ year overall experience with 8+ years knowledge, standard methodologies, and experience with modern HPC/AI Networking &/or GPU application acceleration is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern AI computing techniques & software and the ability to scale up technical knowledge to serve the needs of demanding technology companies.
• Experience building and implementing a sophisticated technical sales strategy across multiple organizations.
• Proactive, creative, flexible and uses good judgement to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision.

• A passion for NVIDIA, Graphics, HPC, and AI
• Confirmed knowledge in influencing business practices and products to better align with customer needs
• Experience selling sophisticated solutions for customers as well as A.I. full-stack solutions with a record of success.
• Experience in qualifying new customers to enable revenue opportunities, product alignment, decision makers, etc
• Can demonstrate a strong technical foundation to establish credibility with customers and/or partners

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5, and 248,000 USD - 396,750 USD for Level 6.
