Vice President, POM Product Owner

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our POM Product Management team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ.

- Lead the development and execution of product strategies by demonstrating expertise in POM Product Management, ensuring alignment with BNY's strategic objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of product enhancements. - Drive product innovation by incorporating client feedback and industry trends, thereby enhancing product offerings and maintaining competitive advantage. - Prioritize and manage product backlog in alignment with business goals, ensuring timely and successful product releases. - Facilitate agile development processes by providing clear guidance and decision-making to ensure efficient product delivery. - Monitor product performance and metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future product strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - Typically 5-10 years of experience. - Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to drive product vision and execution. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools. - Experience with managed accounts, portfolio construction, and/or portfolio management required. - Experience within a B2B wealth management technology firm, broker dealer, or registered investment advisor (RIA) strongly preferred.
