Senior Vice President, Group Delivery Lead

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Group Delivery Lead to join our Liquidity and Margin Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Group Delivery Lead will drive execution across complex, large-scale initiatives and strategic deliverables. This leader will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment to business priorities and strategic intent while leading cross-functional teams to achieve high-impact outcomes.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

- Translate priorities and roadmaps into executable delivery plans aligned to Objective Key Results and strategic intent - Align demand to capacity across Pods; partner with Product and Engineering partners to sequence work, manage scope and maintain backlog readiness standards - Identify, escalate and resolve cross-group dependencies, risks and impediments to protect committed objectives - Optimize delivery processes for simplicity and scale, reduce friction and strengthen flow efficiency - Influence stakeholders using structured, data driven narratives - Liaise with Platform leadership to optimize organizational design - Drive continuous improvement in Group delivery performance, maturing agile ways of working, enhancing predictability, cycle time, quality and adoption outcomes - Responsible for driving product adoption and speed to market by removing barriers, facilitating communication, and tracking progress to ensure timely and widespread implementation - Champion responsible AI use within the practices, leverage automation and analytics to improve forecasting, risk sensing and efficiency all within policy guardrails

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

- 12-15 years' experience delivering complex programs across business, technology and/or operations - Proven success managing group-level initiatives with measurable commercial impact, end-to-end program ownership and synchronization - A deep understanding of the intersection of technology, operations, and client experience - The ability to translate strategy into executable delivery plans - Ability to incorporate risk and compliance management measures into delivery execution - Ability to scale AI-enabled solutions responsibly
