Travel and Marketing Specialist

Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a Travel and Marketing Specialist to join our Team.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently while proactively identifying and addressing business needs.

This role is 100% on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, in Barrinton, IL.

What to Expect:

• Lead and drive continuous improvement of OMPI’s travel program.
• Make all necessary business-related travel reservations.
• Prepare travel itineraries and distribute travel arrangements and schedules.
• Manage the print materials production process for the marketing team, both internally and with our print vendors.
• Submit purchase orders, run reports and maintain relationships with our printing vendors.
• Assist head of marketing as new vendors and processes are implemented within the marketing department (ex: vetting new lead management software vendors).
• Assist the head of marketing with various administrative tasks.

What You Will Contribute:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 4-5 years of executive administration and/or corporate travel experience.
• Self-motivated individual capable of prioritizing work and solving problems independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management.

• The salary range for this position is $58,000 -$71,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
