Senior Product Manager - Payments

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our ever evolving B2B Embedded Payments team and help shape the future of global commerce.

- Define and execute the product strategy for the B2B payments platform, focusing on API integration, security, scalability, and user experience.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and continuous improvement.

- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback efforts to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product requirements aligned with business objectives.

- Design and manage scalable, developer-friendly APIs while improving integration speed, usability, and overall developer experience.

- 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or API-driven products.

- Strong understanding of B2B payment ecosystems, including card processing, ACH, virtual cards, and wire transfers.

- Experience designing and managing APIs, including knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders with strong communication and leadership skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product metrics and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience working with B2B platforms, ERP integrations, or SaaS products.

- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in payments (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2).

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
