Seafood Manager-McLean

As a Seafood Department Manager, you will oversee daily seafood department operations, support sales goals, and ensure high standards for freshness, merchandising, and service. This role offers a fast - paced, hands - on environment where your work directly supports customer satisfaction and department performance.

Oversee daily operations of the Seafood Department with a focus on customer service, freshness, and department readiness

Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service and respond to customer requests and special orders

Coordinate training, scheduling, and task assignment for seafood clerks to support department coverage

Execute merchandising programs, displays, and pricing according to company guidelines

Prepare seafood items including cutting, weighing, wrapping, labeling, and stocking displays

Maintain clean, organized work areas, including cases, prep areas, and equipment

Monitor product freshness and remove unsellable or expired items

Manage ordering, inventory levels, and receiving shipments to maintain in - stock conditions

Track and log required temperature checks for coolers and freezers

Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, and operational standards

Strong customer - service focus with a positive team presence

Ability to follow processes and maintain consistency in daily work

Ability to work in refrigerated environments and maintain cleanliness standards
