Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions in accordance with site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as required, and assist with directing guests to appropriate locations.
Communicate relevant information to site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders, maintaining accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
