Security Officer - Alarm Panel Operations

- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate. - Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common spaces, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or activity. - Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. - Monitor access points and visitor activity, maintain awareness of building operations, and assist with directing guests, vendors, and deliveries as needed. - Document patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

- Be at least 21 years of age. - The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. - CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. - Customer service experience is preferred. - Alarm panel experience is preferred. - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
