Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

How This Role Works:
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site protocols.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, incident documentation, and shift communications.
