Experience: 3+ years
We're looking for a dynamic sales leader to own the Western U.S. and drive growth within health systems and radiology groups across Rad AI's new and existing product lines.
You'll lead a team of Regional VPs, and also participate directly in deals. Selling, building, and leading elite teams is the job. You will be Rad AI's eyes and ears in the field, and one of the most important voices in the company on how we sell.
You'll act as the GM of your region - understanding every aspect of the business and the full opportunity in front of you, navigating the complex relationships between health systems and radiology groups, and forecasting accurately so your team meets or exceeds quota.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Vice Presidents carrying individual quotas
- Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and drive accountability to exceed revenue goals
- Work deals directly- help your RVPs win, not just inspect their pipeline
- Review, manage, and support RVP deal strategy and execution at every stage of the sales cycle, from account strategy to contract close
- Support RVPs in developing and growing relationships with C-level decision-makers in health systems and radiology groups
- Implement and refine sales processes and operating rhythms to ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and deal execution
- Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives - and bring the field back to the building: what's working, what's breaking, what we're missing? What's our gap to elite execution and our plan to close it?
- Anticipate constraints before they bind - recruit ahead of plan, and continuously assess team structure, territory coverage, and resource allocation as we scale
- Build a team culture rooted in transparency, excellence, ownership, and a mission-driven focus on transforming healthcare with AI
- 10+ years in healthcare technology sales
- 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams of quota-carrying reps, with a track record of exceeding team-level targets
- Experience leading complex healthcare sales cycles into hospitals, health systems, or physician groups
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance through metrics and pipeline analysis
- Ability to travel 50%+ of the time
- You can hire and inspire. People choose who they work for, not just the company. We need to believe strong talent will follow you here and get better once they do.
- You're an elite communicator - starting with listening. We see salespeople as communicators, and the best ones are exceptional. Great sellers don't automatically become great managers; the dividing line is almost always listening.
You're scrappy. No finished playbook, no brand carrying the first meeting. Both selling and managing are a series of obstacles, and we're looking for someone who keeps moving through them.
- You're an owner. We value elite ownership as a business, as a team, and as individuals.
- You bring something we don't have. We're deliberately looking for backgrounds and experiences that differ from our own. Tell us what you've seen that we haven't.
- Data-driven and highly organized, with a strong ability to manage performance through metrics and pipeline analysis.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, collaborating across teams to drive results.
- Prior experience selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise solutions into healthcare or health tech startups
- Experience scaling sales teams and territories during a rapid growth phase
- Familiarity with radiology, imaging IT, or related healthcare ecosystems
- Existing relationships with health system and radiology group executives in the West
