The Opportunity: No two days in the intelligence community look the same - and you wouldn't have it any other way. In this role, you'll support a high-performing technical training program, working side-by-side with government personnel to keep a complex, mission-critical training enterprise running at peak performance.
As an Intelligence Training Support Specialist, you'll provide daily administrative and operational support to the client training lead. You'll help shape the annual training schedule, coordinate course logistics, prepare training materials and aids, and assist with student and end-of-course evaluations.
You'll also produce clear, precise written communications that support decision-makers - giving you opportunities to sharpen your professional writing and stakeholder-engagement skills early in your career.
You'll also support three major operational exercises each year, each requiring 10-14 days of CONUS travel, giving you hands-on exposure to mission-ready training events not typical of most junior roles.
On the operational side, you'll help maintain and track training assets, prepare shipping manifests, support client-required inventory reporting, and ensure equipment is ready for classroom use.
You'll join a collaborative support team, gaining mentorship from experienced personnel and the space to develop new competencies as you grow.

You Have: 2+ years of experience in intelligence community support, training coordination, or administrative support Experience providing administrative or operational support in a professional, government, defense, or intelligence-community environment Experience preparing training materials, training aids, or instructional content Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Ability to develop or maintain training schedules, training records, or course documentation Ability to write clear, precise communications in a professional or government context Ability to travel CONUS up to 15% of the time Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience with intelligence community training environments, operational concepts, or mission support functions Experience coordinating or supporting military or government training exercises Experience working across stakeholder groups or supporting interagency coordination Experience drafting formal correspondence or official communications Experience with evaluation administration, data collection, or student-records management Ability to quickly develop institutional knowledge and build effective working relationships with government personnel Possession of strong organizational skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
