Armed Security Officer (ACT-235 Required) Full/Part Time - Philadelphia, PA

In this role Physical Security Officers (PSO's) can expect to be working in demanding and fast paced environments. Physical Security Officers may find themselves working in a wide range of areas to include medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. Additionally, Physical Security Officers may be asked to work with a firearm.

The PSO's mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering on high end customer service. Physical Security Officers represent the front line of our security services.

- Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers

- Must be able to pass Physical Agility Test and Armed Security Officer course

- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements

- Officers shall maintain their hair in a neat, clean, and combed professional appearance

- Officer's fingernails shall not extend more that ¼ inch from the tip of the finger or interfere in any ways in the performance of duty or with the safe drawing of issued equipment. Fingernail polish is allowed if it does not distract from the uniform.

- These are physical and mental requirements of the position as it is typically performed. - Ability to pass Physical Agility Test (PAT) Consisting of;

- Run 100 meters in 66 seconds or less in Armed Security Officer designated uniform; followed by a 10 min break;

- Perform 30 push-ups (no time limit) followed by a 30 min break. If you rest during the push-ups, you must rest in the up position. Foam block will be in place for push up stop point.

- Perform 26 sit-ups (no time limit). If you rest during the sit-ups, you must rest in the up position.

- Ability to use force, up to and including deadly force, when reasonably justified

- 401K with employer matching dollar for dollar match from 1-3%, 50% Employer Match on 4-5%

- Earned Sick and Safe Leave accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
