Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and observe site activity to help deter unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and other security-related concerns.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
