Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to established site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of access-control activity, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
