Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, administrative spaces, parking areas, gates, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and support site operations.
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete clear, timely incident documentation.
Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, property damage, and other security-related issues while following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
A guard card or license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
