Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a government location.
Screen individuals and belongings using assigned screening equipment and established procedures, escalating prohibited items, access concerns, and unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
Verify identification, credentials, and authorization for entry in accordance with site requirements, maintaining accurate visitor and screening-related records.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Starting Pay is $23.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training
