Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Credential Validation

- Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location. - Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel. - Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned transportation facilities, platforms, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity. - Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures. - Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs related to patrols, incidents, and security-related activities.

- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. - Access control and badge experience is preferred. - Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. - Customer service experience is preferred. - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
