Starting at $22.85 per hr. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $23.87 to $28.95 per hour. Rate of pay is based on the job they perform.

You will begin on 1 st shift for training. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours.
* 3 rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
** Sunday Night start up is 10:00 PM for the corrugator department
*Overtime and Saturdays as needed

- Follow safety policies and procedures - Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner - Reading factory orders - Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment - Consistent quality and count inspection of a product - Ability to practice great factory housekeeping - Ability to work overtime as needed
