Client Success Manager / Senior Client Success Manager

- Own a book of enterprise health organization customers with minimal supervision

- Build trusted relationships with Executive Sponsors, VP-level RCM leaders, and frontline operators

- Understand each customer's business, workflows, goals, and challenges

- Create success plans and drive measurable outcomes across implementation, adoption, retention, and renewal

- Conduct workflow reviews with RCM operators to identify opportunities for improvement

- Improve customer success playbooks and processes to accelerate time to value

- Partner with Product and Engineering to drive adoption of AI-powered workflows and communicate customer feedback

- Identify expansion opportunities, including new RCM use cases, workflow capabilities, and AI Agents

- Partner with the go-to-market team to drive net revenue retention, logo retention, and expansion revenue

- Serve as a strategic advisor on Revenue Cycle Management and proactively address customer risks

- 6+ years of experience working directly with enterprise customers

- Proven success managing complex customer relationships across deployment, upsell, retention, and renewal

- Experience advising customers on business improvement, not just product adoption

- Background in B2B Healthcare SaaS, Revenue Cycle Management, or related healthcare technology

- Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills

- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations

- Strong business judgment, ownership, and ability to anticipate challenges

- Comfortable using Excel for basic financial analysis and presenting results to customers

Actual base pay will depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Adonis determines compensation based on each candidate's experience and qualifications relative to peers, and most new hires fall near the middle of the range.
