They communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap; create and continually refine a backlog and help the team prioritise work that delivers the most value.
They continuously explore, innovate and experiment to bring new ideas to the product. They motivate the team to release, inspect and adapt a constant flow of features, ensuring that the product remains usable, valuable and feasible.
Provides product ownership for a complex product through the full product lifecycle. Provides input to the shaping and definition of the end product portfolio and gives guidance to the direction of end products. Identifies opportunities, promotes and grows the value that Capgemini brings to the client.
Responsible for the delivery of product ownership services to the client.
