- Technical Program Manager to run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes end to end.

- This TPM role is highly visible across business units where you will be partnering with and influencing the direction of multiple engineering teams within and outside of your business line.

- As a TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities.

- Build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks

- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues with a proactive approach.

- Ensure delivery of technical capabilities that meet requirements for quality, security, and compliance.

- 15+ years of experience in technical program or project management spanning across cross functional teams, with at least 4+ years on Cloud transformation.

- Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery.

- Experience using analytics to translate business issues into investigative solution

- Develop Key Performance Indicators and metrics(e.g., cost savings, quality of decision-making, improved efficiency and velocity)

- Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.
