Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Ensures that specific project and program objectives are defined for areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed to allow for effectiveness and focus during later stages of completion.

Ensures that all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.

Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate. Ensures compliance with Company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.

Ensures that the utilization of all material and financial resources is carried out in an effective manner.

Effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.

Experience
  • Hands-on, highly organized project manager who has led global projects consisting of cross-functional teams across multiple businesses
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience managing complex projects spanning automation, regulatory compliance, digital enablement, and global logistics initiatives.
  • Experience leading ERP/systems projects, from Initiate to Close phases
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise between Business and IT on project requirements, design, testing, and deployment
  • Preferred: Experience leading order management process optimization and systems automation and integration projects
  • Knowledge

  • Program/project management, software/system implementations, process standardization
  • Specific systems and business processes necessary to support a global order management organization
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
Skills
  • Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams across multiple business units globally
  • Strong project management and leadership skills as well as demonstrated expertise in problem solving, change management and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written & verbal), presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations quickly
  • Proven executive level presence and ability to influence executive level decisions
  • Proven financial and business acumen
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.
  • Adept with SAP ERP system

Required Education and/or Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred

Project Management role to drive TKM and Customer Portal projects that impact revenue, productivity, and customer experience benefits.

$88,000.00 - $121,000.00

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
