- You have experience building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing engineering teams through servant leadership, accountability, and continuous growth. - You bring deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, CI/CD platforms, observability, and modern cloud-native architectures. - You communicate effectively across teams and leaders, with cross-organizational project experience in a large organization. - You have 8+ years of industry experience in software as a service (SaaS) or large-scale systems, leading platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, developer productivity, development and operations (DevOps), or site reliability engineering (SRE) organizations, including 5+ years leading teams of 5+ engineers and 5+ years in a highly operational team with an on-call culture.

- You know how to translate high-level strategic requirements into smaller stories teams can execute against for iterative development and releases, and can help prioritize bugs, feature work, and architectural enhancements. - You have strong Agile practices along with an understanding of traditional project management concepts that ensure predictability, transparency, and accountability of deliverables. - You have experience with public cloud platforms, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, and observability platforms. - You have a strong eye for talent and enjoy being part of the hiring process to help bring great people onto the team.
