Job Captain - Healthcare - Mid Level

Your Role Work with a team of architects in bringing design dreams to life as a Gensler Job Captain. Produce technical documentation and communicate project progress with the lead architect and other team members to ensure our projects exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do * Partner with Project Architect to produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of project * Provide project team coordination for incorporating design intent into the construction documentation * Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction * Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives * Utilize hand and 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts

Your Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program * 2-5 years of professional experience post-graduation * Internship or professional experience working on Government and/or Critical Facilities projects * Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques * Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) * Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other 3D modeling software

**The base salary range will be estimated between $75-$83k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
