As a Gensler Technical Designer you will collaborate with our Design Directors to develop design solutions as well as coordinate the design through the construction documentation phase of a project. You will be successful because you already know how to translate an architect's sketches and documents into realized 2D/3D models and images and can research artistic and/or technical issues when they arise.

Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production *
Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives *
Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions *
Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings *
Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination *
At least 10 years of related experience, including proven ability to deliver projects from beginning to end *
Experience interpreting building code requirements in designs, coordination with consultants, and clear client communication during C.A. *
Proficient in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, BIM360, Octane, SketchUp , Lumion, Rhino, V-Ray, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) *
Experience using and applying VR and/or AR as applicable to the architectural design process is a plus *
Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time *

**The base salary range will be estimated between $104,000-128,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
