Senior Manager, Agency

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Agency Development to join Team Snapchat! You'll lead the team responsible for partnering with a broad portfolio of media agencies and strategic partners, helping them grow their digital presence on Snapchat. Working from our NY or LA office, you'll bring leadership experience, business development expertise, strong solution-selling, operational and people skills, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.

- Lead team of global agency leads and partners managers & help scale them effectively

- Define and execute global strategy to accelerate revenue growth for your respective agency or partner

- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities and commercial agreements across various departments

- Hold responsibility for the financial performance of your respective agency and partner portfolio; work to ensure annual and quarterly partnership targets are met

- Act as the trusted primary point of contact, escalation point and thought leader

- Firmly establish Snapchat as a leading brand building and business outcome driving platform in the eyes of multiple agency & partner constituents

- Develop, and execute scalable agency capability initiatives that equip media, digital, and strategic planning teams with the knowledge, frameworks, and best practices to drive innovation, client success, and sustainable business growth.

- Conduct formal business reviews with agency leadership and key partners

- Understand Agencies' businesses and develop appropriate strategies to meet their needs

- Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of Agency incl. Executive, Investment, Planning, Social and Research

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across new and existing customers

- Developed tiered agency support model for the different agency operating companies

- Ability to lead high performing and experienced partnership and business development teams

- Understanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain language

- Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders

- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

- Proven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputation

- 12+ years of business development, marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts

- Experience working with executive contacts and growing revenue through the development of long term partnerships

- Understanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain language

- Experience working with deeply nuanced organizations, dealing with ambiguity, and an ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders

- Experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

- Proven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputation

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : The base salary range for this position is $303,000-$455,000 annually.

Zone B : The base salary range for this position is $288,000-$432,000 annually.

Zone C : The base salary range for this position is $258,000-$387,000 annually.

This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
