the opportunity for flexible work options

- Receive 2-for-1 matching gifts for your charitable contributions and the opportunity to secure annual grants for the organizations you love

- Access on-demand professional development resources that allow you to hone existing skills and learn new ones

"I can succeed as a Manager - HR Talent Development at Capital Group."

As a Manager - HR Talent Development, you'll help strengthen how Capital develops leaders across the firm. You will manage a portfolio of leadership development offerings, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and partner with colleagues across Talent Development, HR, the business, and external vendors to deliver programs that are practical, relevant, and high quality.

You'll play a key role in making leadership development work well in practice: building program plans, coordinating stakeholders, preparing for delivery, facilitating sessions, improving materials, reviewing feedback, and recommending ways to strengthen the experience over time. You may also support program design, team development work, and Talent Development consulting with HR partners and business stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, you are a strong program leader, skilled facilitator, trusted partner, and practical problem solver. You can manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture, and you know how to create development experiences that leaders can apply in their day-to-day work.

Deadline to Apply: 8/14/2026

"I am the person Capital Group is looking for."

- You have deep experience and 7+ years of experience in leadership development, facilitation, and team development.

- You've managed complex programs or learning experiences with multiple stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and decision points.

- You are a skilled facilitator who can engage leaders and associates across different levels, functions, and regions.

- You can translate business and leadership needs into practical development experiences that are clear, relevant, and easy to apply.

- You are comfortable managing vendors, internal partners, participant experience, logistics, communications, and program materials.

- You use feedback and data to understand what is working, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

- You build strong relationships and can influence without relying on authority.

- You communicate clearly, simplify complexity, and create high-quality materials for learners, facilitators, and stakeholders.

- You bring a global mindset and understand how to support leadership development experiences across different audiences and regions.

- You are energized by helping leaders grow and by making development experiences better, simpler, and more impactful.
