- Own design and validation of a complex hardware system - Develop technology roadmap and drive innovation - Participate as a valuable team member to deliver quality products on time. - Participate in cross-functional meetings and teams. - Participate in creating functional specifications and technical requirement documentation.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and 5+ years of experience, or Masters in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering + 3 years of related experience, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering + 0 years of related experience in system level development, preferably in the Server/Compute or Networking industry. - Experience in hardware designs and validation.

- Hands on board design knowledge, including design tools such as Cadence Concept and Allegro. - Experience with multiple SoC and CPU architectures. - Experience in FPGA development and verification processes. - Knowledge and deep understanding of high-speed interfaces - Experience in hardware validation using lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers. - Experience with shipping complex networking products. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $135,800.00 to $193,400.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.

Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $122,000.00 - $197,900.00
