Full job description

Dynamic engineering position associated with updating and advancement of manufacturing processes focused on stability, cycle reduction and operational safety.

Work closely with design engineering, quality, and production teams to bring innovative solutions to manufacturing environment, ensuring operations are Lean, agile, and cutting edge.

Work with precision CNC machining centers and the latest CAD/CAM technology to produce critical infrastructure components powering the world.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods to support the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost priorities. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.

In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. Ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters and with minimal guidance.

Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Regular participation in monthly Lean Kaizen events to support the Lean Roadmap.

Support New Product Introduction. Support CNC processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university (or a high school diploma/GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience) At least 2 additional years of experience in manufacturing or operations At least 1 year of CNC experience (Programming preferred) Must be willing and able to work shift Fri- Sun 6am- 630pm.

Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. High attention to detail and organization. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Experience with Lean manufacturing principles Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software, Inventor, NX, 3D modeling software.

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus. This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on August 06, 2026.
