Essential Functions Applies strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and identify trends that support informed decision-making.
Communicates, organizes, and visualizes complex analytical findings clearly, providing insights and recommendations that support leadership, operational teams, and providers.
Balances project management and analytical expertise, ensuring projects not only meet timelines but also produce valuable, data-driven outcomes for stakeholders.
Proven experience leading analytics projects from intake through implementation. Self-directed and comfortable navigating ambiguity Physical Requirements Will work in office environment.
Requires sitting, standing, lifting, supplies and equipment, and operation of a keyboard and computer. Responsibility to work in a safe manner.
Education, Experience and Certifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required. Required: At least two years of operational reporting and analytics experience.
