The role will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements before technical build begins & manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope. For Outreach, the position will help confirm campaign goals, target populations, measure logic, inclusion/exclusion criteria, vendor requirements, file layouts, timing constraints, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) expectations so that accurate, vendor-ready extracts can be delivered with less rework and fewer last-minute changes.
For MDM, the position will support requirements and analysis for payer, enrollment, attribution, and downstream data needs, helping ensure data changes are aligned to business use cases, clearly documented, validated, and communicated to stakeholders. Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25 Serves as a partner to Information Technology (IT) and various business units for the purpose of solution discovery, service management, and risk management.

Responsibilities: Works with IT consultancy and business units in analyzing and defining business goals and objectives where information technology can significantly improve the delivery of health care and applies IT and business knowledge and experience to develop and understand the business case and business requirements to solve for technology related business problems.
Conducts detailed interview sessions with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and technical resources to define and construct effective functional requirements. Under the direction of IT consultancy acts as a liaison between business units and IT to establish project goals, accurate project documentation, business process impacts of a project, and business success metrics.
Facilitates clear agreements and effective communications between the clinical, business, and operational caregivers and all IT service providers; engaging senior IT leadership as appropriate. May assist in business relationship management, business strategy and planning, portfolio/demand management. Maintains productive relationships with all levels in IT and the organization, business function, and with external partners. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: None Required.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field. Experience Required: Typically requires 5 years of experience in information systems that include business applications analysis within a complex environment. Preferred: Experience with project management, using project management tools Healthcare experience Process diagramming, using Visio Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to work effectively across the organization with individual contributors to senior levels of management.
Demonstrated ability to understand the business direction and goals and their potential implications in terms of the IT systems required to support them. Attention to detail in developing the associated functional requirements, risk assessments, cost estimates and plans and tracking the delivery of approved projects. Ability to write effective presentations and documentation in order to transfer knowledge to the project team in a timely manner.
Excellent team player with ability to mentor junior team members and delegate tasks effectively. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, while remaining current with the latest technologies and business processes. Strong ability to exercise judgment and creativity in analyzing and solving unusual complex or ambiguous problems.
